The hotel is nice, offers free Wi-Fi, a lovely bar lounge, and comfortable non-smoking rooms. I remember staff helped me return my forgotten hairbrush. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Lovely flowers and great decor throughout the hotel
I didn't like the fact there was no dressing gown and the fact that there was 1 combined Shower/ hair gel in a dispenser - if I had known I would have taken my own hair products

The hotel was clean and seemed recently refurbished
The lift was out of order. The TV did not work in the bedroom or in the bar. The noise of the service staff at the back of the hotel was unaccceptable. 8am on a Sunday morning is no time to empty crates fulls of bottles and staff should find somewhere else to have their cigarette and phone call breaks.

We were attending a wedding at the hotel, it was most enjoyable.
Somebody set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night. First experience of running down fire escape. Upon finding no emergency vehicles outside we were not sure what to do and there were no staff outside to tell us. Staff were most apologetic in the morning on departure.

It was surprisingly luxurious, with lovely sitting rooms around the restaurant to relax and have a cup of soup or a scone. The staff was very helpful and courteous. It's a little bit out of the way, but overall we were very impressed.

Despite these issues, the welcoming atmosphere and quality food at the restaurant are certainly commendable.

The hotel is set in lovely woodland area over looking a lake and yet only 10minute drive to Cork City with it's many excellent restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel, because of the romantic surroundings is ideal for couples but also spacious enough to suit families. Excellent breakfasts.

The restaurant was great for breakfast here, I had wonderful dishes. The view to the gardens from the window was excellant.

This hotel is in a quiet wooded location with good sized grounds but is still within easy reach of Cork City for excellent shopping and other attractions.

My favourite property in Cork. Unbeatable location to serving station with views to the gardens. Based close enough to another hotel's leisure centre as well as the restaurant, the bar and the breakfast. Lots of food in the venue, a la carte restaurant.

The hotel was generally very good. But the staff were very noisy. Our room was to the rear of the hotel. We had a lot of noise from the Staff cars with very loud exhausts. The window in our room did not shut as it was broken the staff in the morning would stand below our window talking very loudly. Not funny at 7.00 on a Sunday morning.but I think this was a area where staff came to to answer there mobile phones and have a cigarette.WOULD Not go back again!!

Staff were very friendly, obliging and helpful. Rooms were of a very high standard in relation to comfort and cleanliness. Intoduction of Green Team system is a very good idea and shows that Vienna Woods also do their best for the environment.

everything was very good..the only thing was that they do have a lot of wedding receptions.and when they do residents are unable to use the grand dinning room..which is a shame.
